Performance evaluation, psychological tests

In some cases the decision in favor or against candidates in selection processes becomes difficult if candidates profiles are very close in terms of age, qualification, experience and remuneration for instance.

In such circumstances it makes sense to perform additional evaluation, based on the results of psychological testing and performance in an Assessment Center, specially designed for the Brazilian realities.
